I bring my own device from metro switch a total of 4 lines 3 of them were trade in wich I'm getting credit for them but not for the (1) I keep my phone nor a gift card either

Yes we switched on Dec 2023 I'm getting credit for the 3 trade in devices but for the 4th line that i keep my phone im not getting credit or gift card for BYOD deal
