I was offered a $200 Verizon gift card rebate for starting a new line. Its visible on my receipt, its telling me I have a rebate to redeem, but when I click the "redeem" button it takes me to a blank page. I have already spent HOURS with live support about this, and it leads no where except for disconnection and sent to another clueless "agent" who repeats the same process.
