I made a purchase of four new lines, on Dec 3, 2024. I have been looking all over and trying to find where to claim the gift cards. I was able to find the promotion site but I do not have the Promo code, and I do not know where to find it. Can someone please help. I sure would be nice if this was easier to redeem!!!!

2. Enter promo code cartoffer2024 and the order date, click continue
3. Enter your email address (twice), click send, and follow the rest of the steps
At the end, Verizon will provide a tracking number for checking the status here: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/track/

Please do me a favor and sign in to My Verizon and check the bottom of your home page. Do you see a tile to claim a gift card under Make the Most of Your Plan?

I've had the same problem and was told basically I had to prove that Verizon gave me that offer even though it was plastered all over the mty Verizon tlapp for the whole month. 20 year customer and they say do you have any proof. .
