Getting my phone activated

I need help activating this  phone.  Verizon need take money off my bill

MannyMaul469  did you get this resolved cause I haven't been able to get my phone activated....its sooooo ridicoulous. I ported a number over from Xfinity...and they screwed that all up...so my old phone deactivated now......my number never ported to my new phone so I am without a phone all together at moment......
