None of my paperwork shows any promo codes and my receipt has a 200 dollar credit per phone but without the code I can’t get it seems like a /bait switch because most people won’t do the research ….. what’s the promo code and why isn’t it on the sale receipt with all the information like normal. Man did I make a bad decision switching to Verizon??

I showed one offer whichbi have redeemed. I have 4 offers all denied, I have one offer that says pending available 11-29-2024 pending verification, it has not changed. I'm not even sure if that is the correct code, it was bot to buy a phone, it was only to bring my number from another company and /or bring my own device on ultimate welcome, which I did all of that. Yet nothing has validated. And when I tried to submit under another code last night bc I'm 100% positive the code I was provided by verizon support have already been denied bc I did not meet requirements of buying a phone, this I knew bc I didn't buy a phone, nor does the offer require it for approval. No one can seem to find that mysterious offer code though, or at least until the windows for submission has expired. I know how this is gonna go, yoir gonna tell me there is nothing you can do and your so sorry but it's an automatic internal computer system that generates, approves or denys the claims for gift cards and your hands are tied. I really hope that's not the case. Besides that why in the world would verizon blatantly violate the class action lawsuit settlement agreement to hundred of people within months of paying out billions to the customers prior to this for the same issue? That would be Ludacris. Lol

I'm just a verizon customer in same boat you are, well half the boat. Lol. My advice I'm going to list some promo codes that were given to me ONLY FOR BUY NEW PHONE, ULITAMTE WELCOME PLAN MINIMUM,.. . WHATEVER U DO DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PLAN FROM ULTIMATE .... DONT CHANGE PLAN AT ALL. (Easiest way for the to disqualify gift card) u can bring number but not requirement. The cart, chat, variation offers are for buy phone, others honesttly dont know but promo codes ive come across trying to find one i need. . I would submit one promo code per phone line/#, so for every code, submit every phone# line , all they will do is say it's not eligible if that's the case but at least you'll have something started on paper you can track & if they dont go through something to show support they gave u wrong code to submit... just saying. Make sure your purchase dates are right and phone numbers, and I'd submit them all bc Verizon support has been no help whatsoever, I bought phone & added line at end of September n not exaggerating I'm 21 phone calls (1-4hrs each) 18 chats, 5 personal private messages in and I got one gift card redeemed out of 2, but better than nothing at this point. Hope these work for you

I'm not sure on dates these were /are valid I know from 9/26-10/22 I hope it helps. If u can't get any to go through message me back and I'll search some more for you. If you're asking about the Switcher Rebate, here's a thread from someone who did manage to get their Switcher Rebate after quite a bit of wrangling. The "tier switch" codes given in the earlier post sound familiar and I think it would be one of those which would work. There's a website you have to go to and enter the code. I don't think the code ending in 23 will work anymore because that would be for the year 2023.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Thank you, I hadn't even realized I typed 23 at the end of switcher rebates, goodness gracious I wonder how many people I sent that too last night? SMH. Thank-you again I am going to try tonresubmit, although every code I could get-together go through which was believe it or not the 100TIERSWITCH23 ,last night said it was passed the time frame for submission.. pretty sure verizon intentionally stalls and does not assist customers in this area as protocol. Maybe I'm wrong. Thank you again

Did you try one of the "tier switch 24" codes? The one for 2023 I'm not surprised the system is now giving a "past time frame for submission" error.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
