My Verizon bill is wrong and I don’t know what to do

First of all I just wanna say I’m struggling with this app, first of all there is no account owner and I can’t even do nothing, can’t see my devices on my Verizon account I can only see 1 device per account and my Apple Watches don’t even show.
Second, both my Verizon accounts (of both phones) say I owe $400+ keep in mind this is my first bill, no new phone numbers, I already paid 300 something for a deal that got us “free” iPhones if we changed company, and 2 Apple Watches, we have an unlimited that’s $65 each line and a lady in the store gave us an estimate of how much we would be paying monthly which would come out to $150 more or less. Another thing, our bill is due 2/5 in the Verizon account it says 1/27 which is less than a month!! We just got our phones this month???
we are currently outside the US but we haven’t used our data therefore we don’t need to pay extra for international usage, so what’s going on?
