I ordered a new phone for my daughter 3 weeks ago and used her old phone as a trade-in to take part of an upgrade deal to get her a new Pixel phone. She has had the phone for 3 weeks now and I haven't received anything about what to do with her trade-in. I chatted with someone online and they didn't understand what I was saying and kept trying to get me to send the phone in for a different credit amount. Then I went to a corporate Verizon store and they told me a trade-in kit would arrive any day... That was a week and a half ago. What am I supposed to be doing with my trade-in?

I check my email almost every day for it including junk mail. I was wondering the strange thing is I looked all the receipts and none of them even talk about a trade-in. Is that strange?

I suggest waiting for the trade in kit if you don't have a submission id email from us that would be odd. Did you upgrade online or at a store?-Joe

I upgraded online. I do not have submission ID. I have no email in my inbox, spam, or deleted emails. I looked everywhere. I have received nothing and it has been 3 weeks since I did the upgrade.
