Hello,

I recently signed up for a new service with four lines, and part of the promotion included a $150 gift card that could be used toward Verizon purchases or paying my bill. I’ve checked my My Verizon account but haven’t been able to find any details about the gift card. Could you please let me know how I can access it?

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, we confirmed how to claim the Verizon gift card offer. If you’ve run into something similar, please try following these steps to submit for your gift card on our app or website:

-Account > Account Activity & Notifications or Orders > Rebates
-Review the information
-Click Submit

Thank you for your help! The only thing I see under offers is regarding streaming services. However I did find the promo code CARTOFFER2025 and submitted the form on the rebate page.
