Promotional gift card

I recently added a phone to my plan through Verizon and said I would get a $200 gift card. Haven’t seen it or been able to redeem it, please help

Resolution Update: By partnering with our support, we were able to confirm the details of the promotion and why it didn’t apply to the account. Anyone else who might run into this issue, there’s a few reasons a promotion or rebate might not apply. These can include not meeting the requirements for the offer. An error with the promotion system or not submitting for a rebate in the right timeframe.
