Rebate denied

Newbie

I was refused a $300 switcher rebate having contacting Verizon back-and-forth via phone via messaging rebate center keeps denying my processing due to the fact of my phone not being purchased at a store location when in fact, the store that I purchased a phone and had it for for pick up the store canceled my order when I made the phone call to Verizon they told me that I had to purchase a phone via online repay the taxes and now theyโ€™re telling me that I didnโ€™t purchase the phone in the store when it wasnโ€™t my fault to begin with. I have not had any good things to say about Verizon since joining on December 30 and bringing over five lines

I know that I would be concerned if a $300 rebate was being denied after having some trouble with the initial order, Mr730. While we cannot promise a different outcome, we can certainly take a fresh look into the issue. Since we will need account access, please be on the lookout for a private message from us.

So, sometimes you're being told you had to buy the phone(s) online to qualify for the rebate and other times, you're told you had to buy the phone(s) at a store to qualify and Verizon refuses to honor the promotion no matter what? If that's true, Verizon, why are you even offering such a "promo"?

We understand where you are coming from. For our customers convenience, we work hard to help either online or over the phone with your upgrades, add lines, etc. In order to review your options. I'll be sending a Private Message, please reply to it, so we can get started.
