I was refused a $300 switcher rebate having contacting Verizon back-and-forth via phone via messaging rebate center keeps denying my processing due to the fact of my phone not being purchased at a store location when in fact, the store that I purchased a phone and had it for for pick up the store canceled my order when I made the phone call to Verizon they told me that I had to purchase a phone via online repay the taxes and now they’re telling me that I didn’t purchase the phone in the store when it wasn’t my fault to begin with. I have not had any good things to say about Verizon since joining on December 30 and bringing over five lines
