Sim card tray with without sim card removal

Either go to a VZW corporate store and have them change the SIM for you or call and have VZW send you a new SIM. Never seen a SIM that difficult to remove. Reps are very knowledgeable situation to situation should be able to get u fixed right up I do suggest scheduling appounment or stopping in or calling tech support if u have another phone handy. FYI if.
On your own you want to
I've been able to use push pins previously to open the SIM card tray. You'll just need something like a pin or safety pin
Also careful not to damage sim card tray for phone. Some can be replaced others are harder to come by .
