I know November 27th I paid $50 for a SIMs card to have my service switched from Metro to Verizon. I have I own my own phone and I gave him my IEMI number and they said it was approved and so I waited 2 days after I paid the $50 and I got the SIMs card and it said it wouldn't register. So I went to the Verizon store sat with the manager and we sat there all day long trying and she was like honey you just need to get a refund and so that's what I called back and I told him that it wasn't compatible with my Google pixel 6A and I have been I made a report I approved it and here it is a day for Christmas and I still don't have my $50 and I could really use it because I'm hungry. Could you please help me? My name is Kimberly Miller. My phone number is 785-501-7650. My email address is [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]

Sorry to hear of your troubles...just some friendly advice, but I wouldn't put personal information up on a public forum...you ought to delete your full name and phone number.  I'm wondering if Metro didn't unlock your phone  or they did not port your number out correctly.   In either case, this is on them and you'd have to contact them to make sure the phone has been unlocked, etc.  You can otherwise check if your phone is compatible using this link:
