I know November 27th I paid $50 for a SIMs card to have my service switched from Metro to Verizon. I have I own my own phone and I gave him my IEMI number and they said it was approved and so I waited 2 days after I paid the $50 and I got the SIMs card and it said it wouldn't register. So I went to the Verizon store sat with the manager and we sat there all day long trying and she was like honey you just need to get a refund and so that's what I called back and I told him that it wasn't compatible with my Google pixel 6A and I have been I made a report I approved it and here it is a day for Christmas and I still don't have my $50 and I could really use it because I'm hungry.
