Dear Verizon Customer Support,
I redeemed two promotional gift cards—$200 and $350—through Verizon/Blackhawk in August 2025. It’s now October, and I have yet to receive either one. Despite multiple escalations, the only update I’ve received is that NO email was sent and I should expect one “within two business days.” That promise has come and gone.
This is unacceptable. Verizon continues to rely on a vendor that consistently fails to deliver. A quick glance at the Verizon Community Forum reveals similar complaints dating back to 2023. What’s going on?
If Blackhawk cannot fulfill its obligations, Verizon must take ownership and find a new provider. The lack of accountability is deeply disappointing.
Verizon is clearly aware of this widespread issue for at least 3 years and has yet to take meaningful action. I’ll also be switching my service to Spectrum.
Enough is enough.
