Your link does not work. One of your agents of many that I spoke with says it takes 30 days from the time that you qualify to receive the email to redeem. It never stated that in the advertisement and I read the fine print! Ridiculous

Same issue! Still no Sunday nfl ticket after contacting Verizon with no luck. Was just told the issue would be escalated and someone will contact me. No email confirmation regarding escalation and no call still. But i receive email i open it go right back to verizon no were to redeemed  but says inrolled but dont let you vlick on tile i called over 3 times on phone over 6 hours still nothing

If it is showing that you are enrolled, try the following steps to watch:

1. Open the YouTube app on your mobile device, computer, or smart TV or go to youtube.com in a browser.
2. Go to Library, if necessary (icon may be at the bottom of mobile device)
3. Select Movies & TV
4. Select the Browse tab, if necessary
5. Scroll to Primetime Channels and select NFL Sunday Ticket
