I have been without service for 22 days! Verizon has been lying to me since I tried switching to straight talk. I've been told multiple times that they have released my phone and number yet they have not. Everything is up and running on straight talks end. I have been on the phone with Verizon and straight talk for a total of 16 hours over the past 22 days. I've been as patient as I can be but this is really trashing me off. I feel as if I'm being held hostage.
