Hello, VirgilHat. Getting your promotional gift cards is a must. Help is here. Please let me know if you have tried the following via your My Verizon app:

1. Access rebate forms through My Notifications > in App Alerts or Shop > Orders > Rebates.
2. Review the information.
3. Click Submit.

If that doesn't work, please let us know as we may need to try an alternate option.
