Verizon Rebate Problem

Started our account and added a line with the expectation of receiving a $200 rebate for transferred lines we transferred 4 lines to Verizon and have not received a rebate on any of them. We’ve been in contact with customer support on 3 separate occasions and they have been unable to help in anyway. It’s clear that they use this to get new accounts or contracts with no intention of honoring the rebate. I would never recommend starting an account with Verizon especially not under the pretense of one of they’re promotional deals.

To ensure that we are reviewing the correct promotion details, can you share with us when you started services with Verizon? When starting services did you purchase new equipment or are you using devices you already had? We often have promotions with similar values so we want to ensure that we narrow down the correct promotion details so that we can assist with addressing your concerns.
