Activation error

On 3 separate Iphone 6's (2 Verizon and 1 AT&T) the following error is rendered whentrying to use the mobile jetpack for internet "Verizon there was a problem with the activation of your account please try later" .All 3 phones recognize the SSID network of the jetpack and the passphrase of the jetpack is entered yet no internet. All 3 phone have the latest IOS 9.0.2. The jet pack recognizes each device.

Hi hagios,

It saddens me to learn of any issues with your jet pack. I'd like to ask a coule questions, so we can get to the bottom of this. Did the Jetpack ever actvate, even in the beginning, then this error came up? Or have you never been able to connect? Please provide some details, thanks!
