We are planning to attend a 4-day trade show in Sacramento where there is no Wi-Fi in the building. We are told a USB "stick" antenna and cards loaded with MB will work. Do we need a separate stick for each notebook? Or can the two computers be networked with just one stick? Our only other choice is hard-wiring in order to browse the Web. Thanks.

You need a router to share the USB modem across several computers. I recommend a CradlePoint CTR350 or MBR1000. I have both of them and they work great. I got mine here. http://moremobileinternet.com/
