.Blinking blue power indicator?

I have a blue blinking light on the power indicator, and all the other indicator lights are not lit at all. The unit is not working and the manual does not address what a blue blinking power light indicates

Once we know your device model we can look up a user guide to determine what the various light codes represent.

The device is a network extender model SCS-26UC4. As I stated earlier the blue flashing power light is not addressed in the user manual.

According to the manual:

Power LED: should be a continuous blue light, indicating that the Network Extender is receiving power. No illumination indicates there is an issue with the power supply or power connector.

Right, so the light isn't a solid blue light which means something is wrong. Its not completely off so you know the device is getting power, just not the right amount.  You are stuck somewhere in between which means you either need to try a different wall adapter or call in the NE for servicing under the warranty. That's about all you can do for that one.
