I presently use the USB727 modem and am wondering if it is possible to install the modem into a router so that both of our laptops can use the internet at the same time. If so does anyone have any suggestions on a model.

I'm using the CradlePoint MBR 1000 with Charter cable and Verizon USB760. It works great. It connects using cable, then automatically switches to Verizon when cable goes down. It switches back to cable as soon as cable comes back on line. I have two laptops connected to the router wirelessly and one printer connected via cat5.
