Under contact us the 800 number is a recorded message to call another number. That number gives you the option of NET10 and Staight Talk. I've told 3 customer service reps and no changes yet. I have to go look at my bill to get the actual customer service number. Does anyone pay attention?
How odd; when I dial 800-922-0204 (the number listed on the Contact Us page), it goes to Verizon with the usual menu prompts. I also tried the pre-paid number (888-294-6804) and again got Verizon. What number did you call?
Why would you be calling Verizon Wireless on a Straight Talk phone? Are you trying to reach customer service for Straight Talk customers?

Signal4, as others have mentioned 800-922-0204 is the correct number for VZW customer service. Our system may be recognizing that you don't have VZW service and suggesting you contact Straight Talk customer service. We often have many people reaching our customer service in error when trying to reach their own carrier while roaming on our network. You should still have the option to stay on the line. Are you being disconnected?
