Data Monitoring for my imac

I have a limited Verizon data plan for all my internet usage and I don't want to get stuck with overages. Is there an app for my imac to help me monitor my usage? (NOT FOR MY PHONES OR IPOD!) Nothing on the Verizon site seems to give me exactly what I need... HELP!

I hear you, per overages are no good. I want to help. You can use the My Verizon http://bit.ly/xB4iTc application to keep track of your account data usage. You can bookmark the page in Safari for instant access or create a shortcut by creating an Alias. The mobile application for My Verizon would be available via mobile device or on iPod at this time. Keep me posted.
