While going through the forums, I've noticed users having issues with other devices not being detected by Windows; however, has anyone experienced any issues with having Windows detect the Novatel USB 760 device?
I had this hooked up and working well on one laptop. I have just received a new laptop, unfortunately...this new laptop cannot detect the modem.
Does anyone happen to have any advice, tips or tricks to troubleshoot this issue?
I have the same problem. Where can one find how to install a driver? This website is poorly set up as there is appears to be no easy way to find drivers.
All of the software and drivers is stored on the USB760. The first time you plug it into a new computer, it should automatically go through the install programs. The only thing I can suggest is to delete any files from a previous attempt, reboot your computer, and try again.
After some in depth google searchin' last night, I came across this site:

I followed the instructions from the second to last post...it worked for me. Seems that the automatic install by Windows just wasn't done properly.
