Yes, I hard reset. Yes, I've tried returning the device. Yes, I've tried it in multiple states all in locations that all have LTE. Yes, I have tried it on multiple machines. Yes, I have tried it in different WIFI modes. Yes, I have tried forcing LTE.
I've seen others having similar issues so I apologize for making another post. But it's just so **bleep** frustrating that there's still no firmware update to resolve the dormant issues as well as the 4g connection issues if you went into a 3g area.
Come on Verizon/Novatel! Give us a **bleep** firmware update already...

Some relief may be on the way. Verizon mentioned a software update will be available shortly.

Thanks John. Wouldn't have caught that if you didn't post it. Looks like the update will become available sometime today. I don't see any fixes for this dormant issue but hopefully it's better after the update.

Installed the update last night. Haven't had any dormant issues since.
