I am having connectivity issues with my Fivespot on a laptop with Windows Vista Operating System. I can connect to Verizon but not to the internet. I wondered if anyone else was having this issue and how they resolved it.
Hello Fascination. Please make sure that you have the correct version of VZ Access Manager. First, uninstall the current version of VZ Access Manager and then reinstall the correct version. To download the correct version, log on www.vzam.net, scroll down to Verizon Wireless Fivespot, then click on the 7.3.14 (2645a) 1,7 below the Windows Vista/XP column.
Once installed, try to connect and click on the browser to obtain an Internet connection. If the issue persists, please contact us directly so we can assist you with resolving this issue.
