Getting 3g usb modem to work with Intellinet 3g router

I'm trying to figure out why I can't get the intellinet 3g router I bought to work with my Novatel Wireless USB760. Am I entering the right fields into the configuration? Has anyone else been successful doing this?

Notes I have say that the password should be your telephone number that is associated with your USB760. From your screen shot looks like you only have 3 digits in the password field.
