Help in setting up Network Extender for Business

All lights are blue, and have an IP address. But cannot connect to configuration page on unit. No phone connection either. MAC address and associated IP address show up in router LAN list.

Restore the device to the defaults and try again.
If you need more help then confirm what you are attempting to navigate to in order to configure the NE. You should be able to type in the IP address of the NE into a web browser. If you can find the IP address of the NE then try to ping it first with the Ping tool from a cmd window.
