I am a new Homefusion customer about two months. Already had to reset the cantenna and router after I dropped internet 1 week after install. Now I have no lights on the Cantenna and the internet is not working since Sunday. I can't reset Cantenna by logging into router as it states that Cantenna is not found. Tried to reset by unscrewing connection on power inverter, reset router, and checked connections (lines going to Cantenna and to plugs) outside and inside and everything is tight. There was no storms or no high winds so unsure what happened. Very frustrated if I have to pay the $150 for tech to come out to house since this is newly installed. Any suggestions???
Oh my, Konopka. I am really concerned that your Cantenna is not wokring. Have you reached out to our technical support to troubleshoot? Are you able to access the router configuration menu: http://vz.to/1ywb6y4 Please keep us posted.
