I added a jetpack. I see I am being charged $7 a month for Tech Coach now and I can not cancel it in my features area. Is Tech Coach required with jetpack?

Snowmeo, keeping your devices protected is important. I understand wanting to remvoe the feature. Protection features such as insurance or Tech Coach are not required for your device. If you would like to remove this feature, please call 800-922-0204 to speak with a representative.

No, Tech Coach is not required for any Jetpack model.  Call VZW and have them cancel it for you.
