I have had my jetpack for two months and now it will not hold it's charge

Pull the battery or hard reset it or both.

If these steps do not help then contact VZW and have them walk you through your warranty replacement options.  Pending on where the bad connection or hardware is they should be able to send you a replacement battery or Jetpack to get this problem resolved.

I have tried the reset and pulled out the battery and put back in.  I will call them.
