***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I have had my jetpack for two months and now it will not hold it's charge

I have had it charging for hours , but only 1 bar shows..

I have tried the reset and pulled out the battery and put back in.  I will call them.

If these steps do not help then contact VZW and have them walk you through your warranty replacement options.  Pending on where the bad connection or hardware is they should be able to send you a replacement battery or Jetpack to get this problem resolved.
