Okay...I have been trying at various times of the day, different days of the week, on and offpeak hours to play a game on Facebook. I can't get past the loading page. I have contacted the game administrators and they along with a slew of other players have said the same thing. Verizon customers in the midwest are having problems getting the game to load. I can get it to load and play it from work (which admittadly isn't where I should be playing games), but there isn't a fix as far as the game administrators are concerned. Verizon has to fix it. What is the problem and is there something I can do about it?

What device are you using, and how are you connecting to the Internet (WiFi or cellular data)? If the game is Flash based the Flash version on your device may not be compatible with the game server's.

CGRUBIO, we're sorry you're having issues getting this game to load and that the developer referred you back to us for resolution. This issue is actually completely out of our hands. Our customers are stating (as you have) that it will load, but only intermittently. As your service provider, we are committed to ensuring that you are able to use your voice and data services successfully. Since you are able to log into Facebook, the data network is working well for you. We cannot control what you are (or are not) able to access once you are logged onto the application, since we do not have any restrictions in place. We are not able to determine the root cause of the game issue. I know it is frustrating to be sent in circles, but this is in fact something within the game that the developer must correct, in order for you to be able to log onto the games once on the site.
