Internet booster


     I'm looking for some help with my internet signal. My calls fail when I try to dial out. My WiFi signal states that it has an excellent connection. However, when I try to use the internet, I get kicked off. It also takes a very long time to load.

     I'm also having a problem with my phone while texting. It is speaking to me. How do I stop this?

Your WiFi signal is the signal between the connected computer and the wireless router.  It is not a representation of your internet connection speed.  To find your internet speed you need to perform a speed test through a website like

What Verizon device do you have?  Normally when a VZW device suffers from performance problems the best thing to do is to perform a few resets and clear up any temporary problems.
