Is anyone in area code 504 having connection issues?

I can't connect using my MiFi, it keeps going to roving and shows no Verizon connection available

I apologize for the delayed response as I understand this was a time sensitive matter!  Has your service been restored at this time?  When the signal went out did you attempt to restart the modem?  Please let me know if you have any lasting concerns I can work to address.
