Is it better to renew for a 2 yr contract than pay month by month with Jetpack?

Currently I am paying month by month on my Jetpack so I was curious if its better to renew for another two years or continue with my month by month? I assume that its really up to the paying customer.

There is no advantage to renewing a contract without getting a break on a new device.  Just stay month to month.
