Just finished reading lots of bad reviews of the JetPack. I have a MiFi2200 device that I used before I got my smartphone and I am considering using that again to avoid tethering my phone( I now have a child that wants LOTS of internet time). I am wondering if the MiFi 2200 is compatible with the current data plans. I am open to other suggestions as well. I live in a rural area so 4G isn't available even if the device can run it. Thanks in advance for your opinion.

I think using your mifi device is an awesome idea mustangshelly. Yes, it can work with our current data plans. If you have the shared data plan, you can add the new line with your mifi device for an additional $20.00 per month to share data. Here is a link with all the information you need http://vz.to/1fX0NsP. What plan do you currently have, how many lines, and what data plan do you have?
