My Jetpack contacts the server to view data usage.  Every attempt results in a Verizon reply which states, "data usage not available at this time"?

rhaffn, we certainly want you to be able to use your jetpack. Let's look into this. When did this start? Have you been able to connect to the jetpack before? Is this happening everywhere or at a specific location?
