The network extender used to work well, all lights are blue but for some reason recently it's not connecting. I tried turning my phone on and off, turning extender on and off, moving it closer. Nothing works.
Not being ablt o connect to your extender is not good. We understand the importance of having a reliable signal so we want to make sure you are able to connect to your extender to receive just that. What make/model cellular device do you have? Did anything change on your device around the time it stop connecting to the extender? Are there other devices that are able to connect to the extender still?
