I just bought a network extender online and received it today. I set it up and have 4 blue lights. I updated my PRL through *228. When I call *48 I get a message that my feature update could not be completed. Do I need to call in and have the network extender activated to my account? I can't find the network extender listed on my account to manage it. I think the network extender is working because I have gone from no signal to full bars.
