Network extender has stopped working, it worked for the previous year. Now it has a solid magenta light. I would like to get this fixed but according to the things i have read i can't just magic with brilliance. I would appreciate a response from Verizon.

I can't call because....doh no extender and no signal at the house without it.

Travel to an area with VZW service and then give VZW a call. Chances are something is defective and will need to be replaced under the warranty of your device.

WiFi may be WiFi but between my wife and I, we have two iPads, an iPod, and two iPhones. All have the same identical problem. Five devices all with corrupted information? Not likely.
