Tower Congestion
Imagine a pyramid with the series of levels.
Ok imagine you at the bottom running from one point to the other you have alot of room, now imagine people popping up inside so much that they force up to the next level and so on. As you get higher up the pyramid you have no more room to run. Eventually when your at the top you kicked off.
Same concept.
A tower can only accomadate so much traffic before it starts booting people off unforutantelly the ones to go first are the data users.
