I have a Novatel U620L modem connected to a USB port on my WIN10 computer. On the my.usb page it shows I have a 3G connection. On my verizon Iphone, which is sitting next to the computer, it shows I have 4 bars of LTE signal strength. Why won't the U620L connect via 4gLTE? Is ther a way to force this 4GLTE connection?

User Guide:
http://192.168.1.1 - Settings > Network > Preferred Network Technology
There are four settings: Global, LTE Only, CMDA only and LTE/UTMS/GSM
It may be set to CMDA only (3G on Verizon Wireless)
You should be able to use Global, LTE Only or CDMA Only on Verizon Wireless
You may need to use the Reset button while it is plugged into the computer. You may need to remove it from the computer then remove and reinstall the SIM card to reseat the SIM card.
