Updating VZ Manager

How do I update VZ manager?    I've had this service with a Novatel USB 727 modem since October 2008, and no matter what city I am in, I get disconnected indiscriminately ALL the time.    I understand that I am not the only one with this problem.

I finally found where to update VZ manager.    Maybe this will cure the disconnecting problems I have had.   I was talking with a friend who gets service calls for computers, and he has been getting approximately 15 calls a day about indiscriminate disconnection problems involving Verizon air cards.    He says Verizon won't acknowledge the problem.

On my 720 USB Modem, whenever there is an update available, I get a notification before I connect. However, the other day there was an "upgrade" bundled with the update. Before I realized it I was upgrading my device over the net. So just be careful what you download.
