I upgraded from MiFi 2200 to 4620L. When I open the Access Manager, it still shows the 2200. When I try to check my usage I get the message "Device not available". When I try "Detect device", it doesn't find any. What to do??
Sorry about the delay in our response. Let's get this issue resolved so that you can enjoy your MiFi 4620L. The MiFi 4620L is not compatible with the VZAccess Manager, which is why you were not able to use any of the functions on it.
The MiFi 4620L does not require any special software to connect it. All you need to do is insert the battery and sim card in the device and power it. From your WiFi capable device look for the network SSID of the MiFi 4620L. Connect to the MiFi using the password that is located on the back of the device or under the battery cover.
