VPN on Broadband

I think Verizon is blocking Port 135 Dell laptop, Verizon USB modem and Sonicwall GVC for VPN to business Windows domain network. It connects the VPN but will not dish out DHCP or browse net. All other remote wireless connections will from other ISPs.
I can map drives etc.
However with the Verizon Wireless connection when attempting to map a drive on the laptop using the mobile broadband I get the error message "The network location cannot be reached." almost as if I never was within reach of the server. Can anyone confirm my suspicion on Verizon blocking RPC ports?

I dont know if they are blocking that port or not, but I use VPN quite often with no problems.

What VPN clients have you used with Verizon? Can you map a drive and get a DHCP number from a Windows domain?

If so, can you tell me what I am missing? Tx

Also, just any rpc ports because I can use Sonicwall VPN just perfectly on any wireless but Verizon.
