Verizon 3G Kicks butt on ATT 3G w/ Latency big time

Just switched from ATT 3G (HSPA?) to Verizon (EVDOr.A).

While ATT may have better peak downloads, the latency (pings) are all over the place.

Latency is important to me.

Anyone else notice this?

I have noticed the same thing. I also get coverage with Verizon in places AT&T would never dream of working in :smileyhappy:
