I bought a network extender from the Verizon website through my account. I received it and set it up. It works great, but we keep getting pushed off by other callers (I think that's why it keeps dropping calls and going to 0 bars). I tried to set the priority to us, but it doesn't show up anywhere on my account. What do I do?
How frustrating! I have some steps for you to try with your Network Extender.
1. Update your PRL (*22899)
2. Add your number to your NE's preferred number list
3. Make sure you have enough bandwidth upload speed, adjust your QoS settings on your router if you use other bandwidth heavy applications on your network, i.e. torrents, skype, etc.

I have been using a Verizon network extender for a couple of years. In the last two days I'm not getting any service at my house. The network extender's sys light is flashing red and the gps light is solid red. I tried unplugging it, waiting and replugging it in and still no service. How do I get this thing working?
