Why is the internet so SLOW????

My Jetpack connection is so slow it is maddening. Half the time we can't even complete a task.

Normal troubleshooting steps for a Jetpack are to perform the various resets:

1. Power cycle the device

2. Remove SIM card for 30 seconds

3. Press the Restore Defaults button

Be sure to test the connection speeds each time starting with 1 and working your way down.  If you would like more specific steps then be sure to post your Jetpack model number.

When the resets to not resolve the problem then you need to determine if the Jetpack is having a hardware problem or if the performance is service related in your area.  Try the resets first and we can help you with the rest later.

Depending on signal and network congestion, speeds may vary.
