Why won't verizon apply my employee discount to my USB760 modem number?

I have gotten the runaround when i call or email verizon concerning applying my employee discount to my USB modem number...has anybody had any success, or does verizon just refuse to apply this type of discount  for this device....Help and thank you...confused in Tennessee

What discount do you have?  Equipment or service or both?  Try adding it yourself at www.verizonwireless.com/discounts

It's pretty simple...broadband plans don't get a discount. There is no need to have a reason, they don't qualify as part of the employee discount program.
