Windows 7 64-bit and USB 760?

Anyone know if the Verizon Access Manager software will run on the 64-bit version of Win 7?  I have a USB 760 air card.  It says on the site it's certified for 7, but doesn't mention 32- or 64-bit.  Any issues on the drivers for the actual 760 hardware?

The hardware should be OK.  If you look at the supported devices list at www.vzam.net (where you can download the new software), some devices aren't supported in 7.  With those devices, it may be either hardware or software that is the issue.
